Teresa Capone

Hi everyone! My name is Teresa aka "T" or "Sweet T". I am a Dance Fitness Instructor.

I have always had a passion for dancing ever since I was a little girl putting on talent shows for my family dancing away in the backyard to Backstreet Boys LOL. Hey now, they were cool when I was young ;)

I have a genuine love for people and I strive on helping others evolve unapologetically, live loudly, and dance ruthlessly. 

I am married to my highschool sweetheart and have 2 beautiful kids. When I’m not dancing, that’s where you will find me with my family. 

I’m excited to bring my passion for dance and fitness to the studio, and to help others achieve their goals.
